final class DeadlockException extends \RuntimeExceptionThrown by async() when the loop runs out of work while tasks are still parked.
Nothing can wake those tasks (no timer, no I/O, no sender), so the program would hang forever; this is Go's "all goroutines are asleep". The message embeds the same task table as dump(): every live task, what it is parked on, and where it was spawned.
