interface
interface HandleA pollable resource that can be added to a {@see Context}.
The interface has no methods. Wrap a stream in StreamPollHandle, or a bare file descriptor in FdPollHandle, and pass the wrapper to {@see Context::add}. Any other implementation is rejected with {@see InvalidHandleException}.
