function requestEnd(): void

Finish the request: release its uploads and mark the response not live.

Temp files produced by the multipart parser that the handler did not move with move_uploaded_file() are deleted, on every path out of the handler. The context stays parked, so $_SESSION is still readable afterwards; the next {@see requestBegin} on the same flow resets it. Read the outcome with {@see responseStatus} and {@see responseHeaders}.
